Connie's Customized 4-Step Process

I use a four step coaching process with my clients.

Step 1: Identify the want!

First I help you identify what it is that you want. In order to get something new into your life, you must first be clear about what it is that you want and what that looks like for you.

Step 2: Discover your perfect foods

Next we Identify what foods are perfect for your unique body – and I have some very specific exercises to help you with this. We identify ways that you can experience fun in your life right now. This is easier than you might think.

Step 3: Customize Health Plan

Building on that forward momentum I support you in building your ideal health plan. The ideal health plan includes 2 very specific areas Eliminating the foods and things that drain you and no longer serve you. We create new habits and ways of being that will energize you and make you feel great.

Step 4: Accountability

Finally as your coach I keep you focused and accountable as your implementing that plan, because change isn’t always easy. Sometimes we naturally resist change. Limited beliefs come up when we are trying to do something big in our life. With our work together I’m going to help you overcome any challenges that may arrive which will enable you to move forward and enable you to have a healthier fun fulfilling balanced life.
