The 28 day to maximize your health detox program is an incredibly supportive 28-day experience, where I will guide you step-by-step. You will eliminate all toxic foods, which will give your body a chance to heal. You will notice that some symptoms that you have just gotten used to having will disappear. After the 28 days, you can start adding foods back into your diet one at a time, so that you will be able to notice how your body reacts to certain foods.

You will receive the manual which I have put together, It will tell you what to eat and what not to eat and It is loaded with recipes. You can either receive that as an ebook or if you prefer you can get a hard copy. You will not be on your own during these 28 days. You will be part of a Private Facebook group where you will find support from each other and be able to ask questions. As well as a weekly group coaching call that we will have, plus, you will always have access to me by text or email for any support or questions that come up before or after our weekly calls.
